Wore them all day the first day

I wear an 11.5 or 12N and have a bunion. I like this brand as they are comfortable, but these, wow! I put them on and wore them 8:30AM to 9:00 PM. All day, including walking a job site. They are possibly the most comfortable heel I've ever worn, I am back looking for more....

SZ 10M Easy spirit sandal (White)

I love this shoe. I wore them around the house time they arrived!!!!!!! It is the most comfortable sandal that I own, as they feel like a lightweight sneaker. To top that off, I got them at a fantastic price. The insole absorbs moisture in the AZ heat. I have a high insptep so the elastic on the sides of the shoe work great. The embellishments on the shoe are cute, but not too noticeable. I've worn them with casual pants, a dressed down skirt and capris. I'll purchase this brand again.

Am sorry I bought them

I already ordered the wide size, but the sling sandals are still tight. The velcro straps are too short and there is no room for further adjustment. The upper material is hard and not gentle on the feet. Anyway am returning them and the seller is accepting them back. The color white is perfect though for the shade am looking for. I should have listened to the other previous seller's review and took it as a sound alarm and a signal not to buy them. I would not recommend them to a friend.

Cute sandal

I bought these on sale and it is always hard to find wide width shoes in size six. I didn't want to spend too much on white shoes. That being said, they are somewhat narrow even though they are wide width, but I believe the leather will stretch, so I am keeping them.

Disappointment

Love East Spirit shoes and liked this style. I ordered the sandals in a 8 Wide, but found the strap around the could not be adjusted to secure the sandal so it would be tight enough. Had to return them.

Love these sandals!

These sandals feel great! Very comfortable and attractive. When I initially put on the sandals, they did seem slippery but that problem went away with a little bit of wear. I'd love to get another color when they are on sale.

Love but too small

My feet have grown a bit since baby 2, so these were just a tad too small, even taking into account the natural stretching of the leather. Too bad, because theyre really cute & the cognac color is beautiful.

Great sandal!

Very comfortable and well made shoe! I can wear these all day with no problems. The only negative is the ankle strap is very short. It just fits on the last hole.

Not the best support & slippery!

I ordered these shoes because I loved the style of the shoe and thought they would be a comfortable everyday shoe. I really wanted to love these shoes, but I see two main issues with them: 1) they are not the most supportive shoe. When you put them on, your feet slip around inside the shoe-- I think it's the combination of the straps not being very thick/supportive plus that the material used on the foot bed is also slippery. 2) The soles of the shoe itself is slippery. The bottom of the shoe is a really beautiful, nice leather, but unfortunately it's also very slippery. I think that the second issues could be resolved with one of those shoe traction stick ons, but unfortunately I just don't think these shoes could make it the long haul.Thankfully I also ordered the Frye Phillip 2 shoe and that one is much more supportive and not slippery.

Beautiful Disappointment

Love the look and fit! Huge disappointment at the insole. I've worn Rieker shoes for over a decade and have come to expect a quality product. The insole is GLUED in. The heat from my foot melted it 1st wear and got the insole to loosen and slip some. I'm not talking walking desert trails...I put them on in the early spring in KY...it was up around 80* and I was running errands locally. Horribly disappointed as I would have paid more for such a comfortable, attractive, fun shoe! If Rieker ever makes this shoe with the quality of its other shoes, I will buy 2!

these are my favorite sandals

I bought the black after buying the same sandal in bone a year ago. These are by far the most comfortable sandal I have owned. The cork footbed and crepe soles have alot of give, and provide a cushioned ride. I have walked several miles on uneven terrain (including sand and rocks) in these sandals. They look stylish with capris, shorts or summer dresses. These were the one sandal I brought on a 3 week sailing vacation in the carribean, and they worked well for travel, long walks, dinners out and scampering in and out dingies. Highly recommend them.

Great shoe

I have never written a review before but this shoe deserves one. I ordered this shoe in black from another online site. After wearing it a couple of days, I knew I needed the stone color. This shoe felt comfortable from day one. The toe box is wide enough that nothing is pinched or squished. I could walk in these shoes and have no problems. I have not had one blister or uncomfortable moment. My only complaint is that since you wear these without socks, when I've taken them off, the insole wants to come up from the shoe. I've glued them down again & so far no more problem but maybe they need to use better glue. The shoe is cute & comfortable so I would highly recommend it.

Geat warm weather shoe,

This shoe was a five right out of the box. It fit great, no pinching or rubbing, and had good cushioning.I have back trouble and heel pain and so far, this shoe has been wonderful. I also like the color.Would recommend this shoe.

Shoe color images don't match color names.

I was going to buy a second pair I love them so much. This site shoes the image of a dark brown shoe and it's labeled black....and the image of the black Daisy shoe is called Schwarz which looks definitely dark brown. So someone has the images wrong. Just want people to fix this so someone doesn't buy the wrong color. I want the black in 40 and when I clicked on it, the only 40 left is in dark brown.

Love love love these shoes. I have a narrow fit and the elastic hugs perfectly. Feels so cushiony soft like walking on a cloud. Definitely for anyone with back problems still looking for great style! I get SO many compliments!!

Item received in good time and condition. Fit too wide. Toes sliding over the front-side. Heel feels too spongy Colour and style unflattering. Returned.

Nice, but...

I do like these shoes and they are comfortable, but they have stretched some and the back strap no longer stays up very well.

Reunion Shoes

I purchased these Sandals for My Husbands 40 year Reunion, I am wearing them with a Pink Dress they are just the right height and very comfortable I feel well planted in them and can even dance in them.

Aerosoles look dressy yet are so comfortable. It was nice to have a shoe without an ankle strap. Comfortable for walking and for dancing. I received lots of nice compliments.

Like wearing a loose basket

I was soooo looking forward to these. I love fitflops, but these were such a disappointment. the bottom part was fine and great as usual, but the upper woven part was so huge I could have fit two of my feet in there and there was no way to adjust that. There was a velcro strap in back that was adjustable but did nothing for the loose basket-like-ness. I immediately saw my heel about an inch off to the side as I walked. Also, and this was really the final blow, the clasps used to attach the back strap were hard plastic, unadjustable and scraped painfully along the side of my foot. Unwearable. My foot is big, usually an 11.5 wide, but I know from experience that the 11 fitflop base works fine for me. I was so excited when the price went from $110 down to $69 overnight. Now I know why. I am lazy and hate returning things, but these, I put back in box almost 2 minutes after taking them out and requested a return. Too bad! Don't waste your money or time. $20 bucks is too much for these babies.

Very comfortable!

I own a lot of Fitflop brand shoes because, having very flat feet and bunions, they are perfect for me. I bought these fisherman's sandals to add to my collection, and I love them! I really like the color and they go with everything. Hope they never stop making these!

Too wide

Since it's a cotton type fabric, the straps didn't hug my feet so the shoe was too loose and made my feet slid all around when I walked. I'd recommend this shoe for people who have wide feet. I love the Fitflops brand and have several pairs but this particular style didn't work for me.

Checking new style comber fitflop closed shoes!

I like the look of these but the strap across ankle seems too loose. This is my first time wearing them so I will let you know after on my feet for the day. Just love every other thong fit flops that I have and I stand all day.

sizing issue

I ordered a women's 9, but they equated that to a European 41. A 40 fits me perfectly. The 41 is too big. In future I would order by European size, since they apparently aren't using the normal size conversion.

Comfort

Have several fit flops and have experienced comfort with almost all, this particular style is really perfect. Distinctly casual, with support and flexibility.

My all time favorite

The sling thong Sandal from flitflop is the best thing that ever happened to my feet! I have worn fitflops regular thongs daily for the last few years (the benefits of retirement and living in southern AZ!), but the sling style is a bit more interesting and seems to stay more secure on the foot. I love the comfortable support, I lost 40% of my right ankle mobility in a car accident years ago, and the resulting pain of that injury is basically nonexistent when I wear my sling thongs. I have the leather ones in black and brown, I am often asked where did I buy them! Amazon, of course! So pleased I found them here; could not find them anywhere in Tucson! My feet thank you so very much Amazon!

Comfy, Good Fit - works with narrow feet

I buy at least two FitFlops a year and have done so for the past 5 years. Although they are not specifically sold to do so, they cure heel pain and make walking a joy.My recommendation is that unless you have very wide feet, buy one size smaller. Size 7 fits my size 8 feet perfectly. Normally, my feet are narrow, but I'm porting a bit extra weight these days, so I'm thinking that a medium-width should also order one size smaller. A wide width might actually want to buy their same size.When you first put them on, they might feel a little tight - not a life and death squeeze, but a little tight. They relax within a few hours out of the box.This particular style stays on my feet without my having to fear slipping out of them. I currently own the brown and am considering a second pare in black (can't have too many FitFlops!) . . .

Love Those Fitflops

I was not disappointed with these new Fitflops. They are comfortable as always. I wear a 9 1/2 and sized up to a 10 as advised in the description and they were huge. Seller was very cooperative, took them back and sent a 9. No hassle. Great product and seller.

My feet are turning orange

I am currently trying to connect with Fitflops because the orange is coloring my feet. The shoe is comfortable but I would definitely think twice before buying them again. If Fitflops does respond and give me a fix to this problem I would be happy. Otherwise I am thinking of returning them.

These do not run big!

I think someone put that in their comment & I didn't find that to be true for me. I got my regular size & they are fine. I would prefer a tad lighter color, but that's just me. They feel good even on my problem foot (bone spurs). I got compliments the first time I wore them. I have them on all the time because my foot doctor said I shouldn't go barefoot (grrrrr) because it's bad for the bone spurs. Kinda funny they're called "Fit Flop", but they don't make much of a flip-flop sound, thank goodness.I would definitely buy again--maybe the boots...

Great Sandal

If you stand for long periods of time, this is the sandal for you. The Sling Thong stays more secure to your foot than the standard Fit Flop, but I have both pairs and love them both. My feet don't hurt after standing all evening at parties or at work all day. There is so much support between your foot and the ground that my legs don't pay the price anymore!

I was recently diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, and the doctor told me to get these... And they are definitely helping!

Quality - beautiful sandal

I love it, love the fit flop quality, fit, and overall, the comfort...Without that wouldn't be walking as much - the sandal answer (for me) for plantar fasciatis. Note: you have to break these in - it took some time, the leather is stiff, but really quality - this is ok with me - I believe if it feels good immediately and the leather is soft, the shoes get too loose right away. these, you break in and they hold their shape for a long time to come - and comfort.

Bummed

I have six different pairs of fit flops all sz nine, all different styles. This pairs strap that goes over the foot is soooo loose that my foot slips all around , gonna return

Needed adjustable strap

The strap across the arch of the foot was too big. Wish there was velcro or a buckle to adjust. The foot bed felt great

Great shoe, great price!!

I chose this pair of fitflops for three reasons. I already own six pair of Fitflop sandals, so I know how comfortable and supportive the brand is. The styling on this shoe is different from the norm in that your foot is more enclosed. The strap over my instep is a little loose, but the strapping around the big toe ensures you won't lose the shoe. The additional strapping also covers my slight bunions.The last reason I chose to purchase this shoe from Amazon is because the price is much better than any of the 5+ sites I searched for this sandal. I order from Amazon frequently and have rarely been disappointed with a purchase.

Purchased one size smaller than what I wear!

After reading the reviews for this Fitflop, I went with size 5 although I wear size 6. Fit perfectly and wow are they comfortable and a size 6 would have been too large. I hope this sandal fixes my calf and feet problems. Thank you for the reviews, without them I wouldn't have known which way to go with the size. I am going to order another style and color of same brand but I will order my regular size after reading the reviews for the other pair. Reviews help and I am true believer of this, please keep writing them and thanks again. I am paying it forward and will continue to do so.

Disappointed

I love my other pair of fit flops. They are so comfortable. One of my legs is slightly shorter than the other, so mostly I wear sneakers with a small heel lift. But, I've been able to wear my fit flops all summer without any hip or joint pain. They're the only shoe I've worn for the past two months. I love them!! I was excited to get a second pair, and I loved that these were made of fabric, but I was really disappointed when they arrived. The upper strap is much too long. Before purchasing them, I wish I'd read the reviews here that say the same thing. Sadly, I had to return them.

Fits like other fitflops on length but wider.

The shoes are okay.

I wear a narrow shoe so the medium is too large but you don't carry narrows. I can no longer find shoes that really fit my feet. I am also disappointed in the color. The shoes are called NAVY but they are a royal blue and don't go with my navy slacks or shorts. Other then that the shoes are comfortable and because they are tongs I can keep them on my feet.

too loose for me too...

As many of the other reviewers wrote, the longer strap is very loose. I was very excited to wear this, and it does look OK wearing it, but its not comfortable.... Length is not larger than the actual size.My feet is not narrow, more on the wider side, but still, this was too loose.
