2 out of 5 stars Flops around due to loose heel strap
a reader

I read reviews that said the heel strap was too loose, so I went down half a size. The length actually worked half a size smaller. Unfortunately it did not help with the heel strap. It closed with Velcro, and if you tried to tighten it, it would pop open when you walked. You had to leave it loose, which would make the sandals flap against your heel noisily like cheap thong sandals (aka flip-flops). Also, the front of the sandal was boxy and not at all attractive. The inside of the front part of the shoe was loose and uncomfortable; I could just see blisters in my future wearing this shoe. It's a shame, since the 'Ginger' color was a perfect neutral. Back it goes. I can find some inexpensive thong sandals that will work better than this style.

Not right for my feet. Foot bed like plastic. Back of shoe flapped like a flip-flop. Sending them back. Usually happy with Naturalizers.

They hurt my feet! They seemed comfortable when I first tried them on,but when I wore them for an extended period of time, my feet hurt. I couldn't return them because I wore them outdoors. They were a disappointing purchase.

2 out of 5 stars Strap problem
Emmi

The sandal itself fits my foot (size 8) but the back strap cannot be adjusted tight enough to not be hanging off my foot. When I investigated the problem, I could see that one piece of Velcro was not stitched to the appropriate place on the strap, and should have been moved over further so that the strap could be tightened. So the only way to wear these sandals is to have the ankle strap way too loose and hanging off my foot. Did anyone try this shoe on when it was being designed?

When I first put them on I thought they were a little loose but wore them as I have several pair of Naturalizers that I love.Wrong. Way too loose but now they are worn and I am out of luck. Phooey

1 out of 5 stars Not for wide feet.
karen

I wear a 7 1/2 wide and this shoe was not comfortable. The heel is very narrow. But I did like the looks of the shoe.

I wanted to love these. The back strap would not tighten enough to hold the shoe. So, I even had a cobbler shorten them for me. Money! I really wanted to have these be my go to shoe.....very disappointed in them.

This shoe was a size 9 which I generally wear, but it was a little too big and my toes did not feel comfortable in the open places. The shoe is pretty and has good arch support - just wasn't the right style/fit for me.
