Fit is somewhat big!

Fit is somewhat big! I am still not sure if I will keep them as for the price of almost 100$ I was expecting perfecting when it come to sandals. I usually buy size 7,5, these I got in size 7 and they still feel loose. I am not sure what I will do about this. Otherwise very comfy and great look.

VERY comfortable.

I have many problems with my feet, and Fit Flop shoes are the most comfortable shoes that I have found in years! I walked several miles a day on my vacaton in this slingback and felt terrific! No foot pain or knee pain. The shoes needed no break-in. Comfy from the first step. This is my 7th pair of FitFlops and probably my favorite pair.

Fit Flops for Problem feet

I have problem feet - my feet sweat, they're wide, and I develop heel pain from plantar fasciitis if I don't get a lot of support and stretch. Not good. As a result, I have gone through loads of shoes trying to find any that are comfortable and don't leave me with stinky feet and in pain after wearing. Fit Flops are my go-to shoe now. I am on my 4th pair, different styles/purposes. I absolutely love them. Not because I think they look stylish, necessarily, but because they are exactly what they profess to be!This particular shoe gives my feett the support that I wanted for lots of walking in hot weather. They fit my wide foot beautifully without cramping my toes... did I mention that my toes are short and stubby? Ugh. The back strap adjusts to help secure the foot and the cushion/support is amazing. I can't speak to any other "workout" benefits... nothing that I notice, but then I have strong shins. All in all, cannot recommend the shoe enough for anyone with similar problems.

Happy Enough to Keep, But A Little Disappointed

I have arthritis and am always in the market for a comfortable new shoe. My friend had a pair of flip flops made by FitFlop and wanted me to try them on. They were SOOOO comfortable and cushioned that I ran home and decided to order from this company. I don't like anything between my toes, so I opted for these sling back sandals instead. They are only about half as cushioned as my friend's pair in a different style. And the straps really aren't very adjustable, so you can't create a custom fit for your fit. They are quite loose on me but I can still wear them. I'm going to keep them, but this style could be much improved.

Extreme comfort and wearability

I have an old pair of brown Flip Flop thong sandals that I love so decided to get a new pair - and try a different style.The navy Slingback Sandal is actually more comfortable than the thongs and is so comfortable that it feels as though I'm not wearing anything on my feet - HEAVEN!

Fitflops

I love this brand but this pair are just too long and not true to size. I would have needed a size 5 instead of 6 which fits me fine all the time. I like that they are now making them with backs for those of us who are not steady on our feet. Had they fit better I would have given them a five.

very comfy

These shoes are very comfy, I love the way the look too!! The only problem I have is that the more I wear them, the straps are kinda stretching out a little. Hopefully they would stretch out anymore or I won't be able to keep them on when I walk

Fell apart.

I liked these shoes. They were comfortable and looked nice, but the velco strap broke after a few weeks. I wouldn't purchase them again.

I love them!! No, they don't slip off the heel if you put them on as intended!

I love the sandals they get 5 stars for comfort. I bought the gray color because black was out of style in my size. I may order a black pair later. When I took them out of the bag and initially put them on, the back strap would slip off my heel as I walked- but OH!! The strap has to be SLID OFF FROM UNDER THE SHOE and then they will fit properly! This is how they are packed (with the strap wrapped under the shoe) I noticed in some of the other reviews that a few people had problems with slippage, but this is the reason. Believe me, they will not slip if properly put on! The soft cushion effect of the soles against your feet is incomparable to any other sandal/ shoe I have ever worn. I would call them the summer version of UGGS!

I think they are going to be one of my favs!

They fit perfect and I love the cushioning on the footbed...the uppers are very pleasing and not tight or binding. I am very happy I ordered them.

Comfy

These are so comfortable. I usually wear a 7.5 and I bought a 7. Fits! Just bought another pair for my daughter

Move around too much.

I love the look of these Sanuks, but when you walk in them the soles start to slip around (not because they are slick, but due to motion) causing my heal to sometimes be half on and half off the sole. Very annoying if you are doing any real walking. Perhaps I have a unique walk, but I think its pretty average.

doesn't hold up so well

These are great b/c they are super comfortable, but the elastic is getting stretched out after about a week of wearing them daily for about an hour a day. I'm not super happy about that.

I love these shoes.

These are currently the most comfortable shoes I own, and I get compliments every time I wear them. I'm so pleased, as buying shoes online is risky.

look nice but slip

I like the sandals but they are hard to keep straight on your feet as you walk. They are comfortable and look nice. The straps could be sturdier and this might help keep them in place.

Didn't want to get out of them!!

These are by far the most comfortable and trendy sandals I have owned... I tried them on when they arrived, and simply didn't want to take them off! LOVE them!

Like Walking on Clouds

Having end-stage cancer, I probably shouldn't have a title about walking on clouds, don't you agree? I mean, why tempt fate? I might get up there and discover wearing these shoes is nothing like walking on clouds, and then I'd have lied to all the good people of Amazon and I'll be sent in the other direction.Clouds or not, having been on chemo and other drugs for years, my back, knees and body aches and the right shoe is important. I wear mostly slippers or am barefoot. Barefoot is the best, but you would not *believe* how many doctors appointments you have when you are sick, so shoes are still a necessity. I found these on a recent shopping trip with my sister. They looked odd with the two separated straps and so, always up for a puzzle, I tried them on. (All the pictures show them how they should be worn but the two fabric loops are actually separated and you have to put them together to make it a shoe). They were cute, they looked comfy (I live in a hot climate), that thing between your toes is soft, so I bought them. And after owning them for a couple days, I'm back on Amazon adding more in different colors to my cart, so I won't have to wear anything else this summer.You know how when you were a kid, and your mom bought you some new tennis shoes and you felt like there were springs in the bottom of your feet, and you could run faster and jump higher than ever before? Well, wearing these shoes is like that. They are soft and bouncy and so comfortable. And, while I can't say I'm up for tree climbing, I do find them easy to walk in and also unnecessary to take off because they are comfy enough to wear all the time. Best sandal ever!

Love, love, love! Normally I purchase sandals with arch support; this style truly is like walking on a thick yoga mat so arch support is not an issue for me with this style. I wear a 7 to 7-1/2 depending on brand; happily the 7 I ordered fits perfect. They felt good instantly, no need to break-in this sandal. My foot is on the wider side of medium and my toes are long, sandal has nice base coverage. Fabric has just the right amount of give, feels nice and soft. Lots of fabulous colors to choose from. This is my second Amazon order in this style. For those that have allergies or are sensitive to smells, the base gives off a slight petroleum smell. Aired them out on the deck outside and the smell was gone in a day or two.

Amaze

These are really great IF YOU PUT THEM ON RIGHT. I took them out of the box and straps were laying as I "remembered" them to lay. I was mad because I put them on and they kept slipping off. I was peeved. Then, as I went to print out the return label, I looked at the picture again, looked at my foot, and came to the sudden realization I was a doofus. I put the shoes on correctly and they fit snug as a bug in a rug. They are so soft and comfortable.So, I see a lot of people that said the shoes slipped off (in the other Sanuk yoga reviews on the other colors). I would make sure that you put them on correctly before sending them back because they fit snugly and are super comfy.

Love these sandals!

These sandals are super comfy! I have four pairs of them. I bought the first pair on vacation because with all the sightseeing and walking we were doing, my feet were killing me in the shoes I was wearing. I bought these while walking, slipped them on and was fine for the next 3 hours! I came home and have since bought 3 more pairs. They are great!

My favorite sandal ever!!!

First: Sizing... after reading the reviews on size I chose to order a 10, and I tend to usually need an 11. The 10 was perfect fit without my toes or heels hanging over the soles. Second: Comfort... AMAZING!! I hate things between my toes and usually have no luck with flip flops, but these are so soft and comfortable I love them!! Third: Support... the style prevents my foot from slipping off the sole as it does with most flip flops. The ankle support from the strap is soft, comfortable, non-binding, and perfect. Yoga mat sole is ultra comfortable. Fourth: Style... Can dress them up or down and everyone that has seen me wearing them has commented on them and asked what kind they are and where to get them. These sandals are a win win win all around and I will be ordering more colors. This is the only sandal I ever want to wear!!

So, So comfortable

These are so comfortable once you figure out how to put them on. It feels like walking on a yoga mat, nice and cusioning, and once you wear them a while you don't want to take them off. The sling look is cute and hip. I love the print and color combinations. I highly recommend them.

Comfy but need1/2 sizes

These are incredibly comfortable! I got a pair in a 9 and they were a tad sloppy so I ended up giving them to my daughter who is a solid 9 1/2 or more. I ordered the 8 for myself and they are a tad bit snug. I wish they came in 1/2 sizes.

Most comfortable shoe....ever!

I bought 4 pairs for myself and my 3 daughters to wear while traveling. Oh my goodness, you won't want to take these shoes off! They are so comfortable and fit great! The "yoga pad" sole is amazing.

Another opinion on sizing....

First off, if you're reading reviews of this product because you're considering purchasing a pair -- I can easily say just do it. These are great, comfy and adorable shoes.But I'm going to go against popular opinion here regarding going up or down for half-size people. I'm an 8.5 in everything -- boots, flats, pumps, trainers. Against my better judgement -- I followed the advice of other reviewers and went with a size down.When the shoes arrived I knew instantly that I loved them. However -- I had mixed feelings about the size. They fit -- but they *just* fit. When it comes to flip-flops I like a bit of overhand at the heel. Call it an OCD or whatever, but i like the shoe to extend ever-so-slightly from my heel.So I wrestled with what to do -- conquer my obsessive attitude and DEAL WITH IT or get a size 9.Not only did I buy a size 9 -- I bought two pairs in size 9. AND they are PERFECT.I'm not returning the original size 8, either. I'm going to gift them to my sister who wears a 7.5 -- I just know she'll love these too.

Right out of the box, I loved them. They are truly made of yoga mat stuff and they mold to the shape of the soles of my feet, giving me just enough arch support and wonderful squishiness that instantly made them my favorite pair of sandals. Nice and squishy with moderate arch support. I've been reading reviews that say they run small or narrow, but this has not been my findings. My feet are slightly wide and I wear a size 7.5 in heels and an 8 or 8.5 in running shoes or boots that I wear socks with. I got these sandals in an 8 and there are simply perfect.

comfortable and cute!

I generally wear a 9.5. When a brand doesn't carry half sizes, I usually go up a size, but my last pair of Sanuks was a bit loose as a 10, so I went down to a 9 for these. The 9 is perfect me. I have really high arches, so I was a little worried that the strap over the top of the foot would be too tight, but they fit just fine - to give myself a bit more space I switched the layering of the straps from the way they are in the picture, so that the over-foot strap is underneath the ankle strap. The soles are super-comfy, and I don't think the toe piece will require the usual wearing-in period since the fabric is so soft. Another plus - the shoes came in a really neat sustainable draw-string bag.Update 3/21/14: I bought these days before a 2 week beach resort vacation. These shoes were amazing - I wore them to dinner, to the pool, on a walking tour . . . all over the place. No wearing-in time, no blisters, no sore feet. They do take an extra moment to put on (mostly to get the straps to lay right) but that moment is very worthwhile! I could have left my other shoes at home, they were that great. I've ordered these in two more colors.

Very comfy

Love these shoes. Definitely order one size smaller than you normally wear. I am a solid size 8. Ordered an 8 but had to exchange them for a 7, which fit perfect.

Impressive!

Very comfy. I wear a 9.5 and since these do not come in that size, I bought the 9 after reading the reviews. I have a narrow foot, so the 9 works fine. If you have a wider foot, order a size up when wearing a half size.

Cute, comfortable but wish they were wider

I have wide feet and normally wear an 8-8.5, went with a 9. They have a narrow foot print, but look good with jeans. They are comfortable and seem to stay in place when I walk. Not something you can just slip on but still work well for all day use.

I wear a 10 1/2 or 11 usually, the 10s were perfect

I wear an 11 in the regular Sanuk flipflops, but I took other reviewers suggestions and ordered the 10 in these, fit great, cute and comfy!

Fantastic Shoes

These are my wife's favorite shoes ever. The craftsmanship is amazing, the quality is definitely there. They are actually almost small works of art. The size ordered fits correctly and they arrived fast and packed well. These are expensive shoes but are definitely worth it. This is the brand shoe my wife always looks for. She even has a pair she bought about twenty years ago and they have been re-soled twice but they still look great and the stitching has held up to the test of time. I have never seen women's shoes constructed as well as these. I think I scored a big win with these as her birthday present! Very Highly recommend.

Run large

I have another pair of Pikolinos sandals so assumed that this size would fit. Unfortunately the leather upper is just too big and my heel slips off the foot bed when walking. You can't adjust the ankle to make it tighter so I will be returning these. The leather seemed pretty nice but not as soft as a previous pair I have purchased.

Beautiful

I love pikolinos. the first shoes I got from them, it was half size larger so this time, I ordered half size smaller. I am 5.5 (US size), i ordered a size 5 and it still leaves room. It is comfortable, light on the feet, and I have many compliments. It is beautiful. It is great on jeans and any dress. I love the mint green color. I love Pikolinos and I never get wrong buying this brand because it is well made. However I notice that the garters seem to not stretch well though. When I stretched it so I can insert my foot, it seems like it never went back so it was kinda wide after that. WEll if you are not too sophisticated with shoes, and you are like me who is not too picky, it is great overall.

I love Pikolino shoes. They are easy to order online as the sizing is always constant. These sandals are very cute, and I've gotten lots of compliments. They are a little hard to get on, as the back strap is higher on the ankle, but with a few wearings it's loosened up a bit. Comfortable to wear for heels and the hard platform doesn't get tiring.

Slingback strap

The shoe fit well, however the slingback strap was to loose. I returned them for full refund. I called the supplier prior to returning my purchase and they were very helpful and accommodating.
