Not Worth the Trouble

These shoes look cute, but did not provide enough arch support, nor a wide enough toe area, for comfortable walking. They took extra time to arrive than all of our other shoe orders, because they came from a tiny store in Florida. Since this store, Peltz, only carries one shoe per size anyway, this means their "only 1 left" style of advertising on Amazon is fraudulent! Plus, this company refuses to do any exchanges for size reasons, ever! Thus, they create a constant cycle of buyers needing to return shoes to them, but they then refuse to cooperate with returns to on-line customers, even after Amazon has e-mailed them directly to authorize the return. (Peltz will only assist local Florida customers.) This company does NOT follow up by sending you a return shipping label. If you try their website, to print out a Smart Label for the Post Office or for UPS, their record system shows only "Order not found," because their order software doesn't include Amazon order numbers! By this time, you'll type up your own label, get an outrageous return shipping quote ($15 - $20 without a Smart Label) -- above which you have to add insurance! If you take the box home again, to lighten the weight by choosing bubble wrap & brown mailing paper instead of using the outer box, then they'll add a bogus $20 "restocking fee" because they'll claim their shoe box was bruised during return shipping! They also have a return date limit which is 3 times shorter than Amazon's other shoe vendors. Great Sandal

I had been searching for a comfortable, stylish sandal on Shoe Buy when I found this Katie Sandal. Unfortunately, they did not have my size so I decided to look for it on Amazon and found the exact size and color that I wanted! The biggest surprise was that the Amazon price was half the price as the same shoe on Shoe Buy! My shoes arrived yesterday and I have been wearing them non-stop! They are true to size, have a good arch support and provide flexibility, with fit, due to the velcro straps! They are also very light weight. Now I am actually thinking about ordering a second pair in a different color.

Even better than bare feet!!!!

First..I ordered the brown pair. They are so flexible and comfy that I had to have the red ones! If you like going barefooted, this is the next best thing.

Great sandals

I have very hard-to-fit feet ... small yet wide. These sandals fit perfectly! They are well made and extremely comfortable for all-day wear.

Wonderfully comfortable

These shoes are great comfortable walking shoes. I wear them all the time. I am going to buy another pair soon. My only concern is that they fit a little to loose. I would have like them to have a tighter fit but they are still a great shoe. Thanks.

Size runs large

I'm trying to decide if I should return the sandals. Although I like the style, since it's almost like the Trotter sandals I had for several years, it's a little too large. I ordered the same size as the prior sandals, but this 6.5 is definitely bigger, as proved when I put the two sandals side-by-side. I should have ordered a half size smaller. Very annoying.

Great sandals!

I got these sandals (in navy) for my elderly mom. She has narrow, long feet and has always had difficulty finding shoes to fit her. I was hesitant to order shoes online for her, but having ordered from Amazon many times in the past, I was confident with their return process. I knew I would have no problem returning them should the need arise, which thankfully it didn't. The Doctor advised her not to wear sandals because she was afraid she would slip out of them and fall. These sandals fit securely and she says they are very comfortable. It is so nice to see her wearing something other than sneakers.

Soooo comfortable!

These are a wonderful sandal ~ in fact I loved them so much I got the tan and black as well. So comfortable and I love the fact you can adjust them to make them fit even better.
