Description
The Frye Company is the oldest continuously operated shoe company in the United States. Founded in 1863 by John A. Frye, a well-to-do shoemaker from England, and family-run until 1945, Frye products have a long and illustrious history. Frye boots were worn by soldiers on both sides of America's Civil War, soldiers in the Spanish-American war, and by Teddy Roosevelt and his Rough Riders. When home-steading drew adventurous New England families to the West during the mid and late 1800's many of the pioneers wore Frye Boots for the long journey. Today Frye remains true to its roots with its line of heritage boots, but continues to innovate as it introduces chic new handbags, pumps, and sandals to its collection.

You Can't Go Wrong With FryeMaizeNBlue
This is my first time buying a pair of Frye sandals. I have two pairs of Frye boots size 9 that fit perfectly. The same goes with these sandals. Sometimes with sandals you have extra space in the heel or toe area, but that's not the case with these sandals. They fit my feet perfectly and are super comfortable. I would definitely recommend these.

These Frye sandals fit fairly true to size. I wear a 7 shoe and they fit me like true 7's. If you are between sizes, you should probably size up for these. Because they are leather from top to bottom, they are a bit slippery for the first couple of hours of wear but they break in quickly. The toe post is a bit stiff as well, but it is well rounded and caused no discomfort, although I would not wear them for a day at Disneyland until I had broken them in for a couple of wearings. One thing in particular that I love about these sandals is their upscale appearance. They don't look like disposable, one season sandals. It is difficult to find quality sandals but these Frye sandals are definitely that. They are top quality sandals that look so good on my feet, I will splurge on another pair in a different color.

Beautiful sandal! I just love these, I have them in black and they look and feel very "expensive". I usually wear an 8.5 and probably could have ordered the 9, as they just fit in the length. I have a fairly narrow foot and the top strap is a little loose but the back strap keeps them secure. Very lightweight too, considering getting them in brown.
